The Research Analyst and Program Coordinator will assist Researchers and Strategists with many aspects of research projects. They will also be actively involved in data collection efforts and all forms of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Key responsibilities include survey design and analysis, report writing and data presentation, vendor management and project coordination. Both strong analysis and presentation development skills are required to be successful.
The Research Analyst and Program Coordinator will also work with the Director of Project Strategy in coordinating client programs with Simply Strategy’s partners and clients. He or she must be able to collect and organize accurate information to develop communications directing partners and vendors; actively contribute to organizational efficiency in project collaborations; and work to enhance internal processes. Must be organized and efficient to be successful.
In addition to client service and analysis, candidates should be comfortable working both as a member of a team and independently. The Research Analyst and Program Coordinator will work on multiple projects simultaneously. This job is different every day, and requires someone who can quickly adapt to change (and accepts a little bit of entrepreneurial chaos). Must provide enthusiasm and creativity in problem solving along with flexibility and a desire to learn. At all times in client and team interactions this individual operates professionally and within the team structure and represents themselves as a member of Simply Strategy’s team appropriately.
A degree and/or background in research, marketing, business, psychology, communications or public health preferred. Regardless of educational background, a demonstrated interest in communications, marketing and/or research is needed.
- Experience using Qualtrics or other survey platform, FocusVision and its video clipping functionality, SSPS or other statistical software
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and to work successfully with all employee levels, regardless of background and perspective
This position offers the ability to work at home as needed and a flexible schedule. A commitment of at least 25 hours a week is needed. Compensation commensurate with experience.
